I had two specific career objectives. To move from a technical management role to a more business focussed one. And to move into investment banking. At Henley I knew I would meet others with diverse business experience and that would help me understand the application of business principles in many different environments. Taking a year out to do the full time MBA in Henley has re-energized me with these new skills, and I am already seeing the rewards having accepted a business management position in a global investment bank.
