I therefore now wear two main ‘hats’. I am a published author on reputational risk, and am a Partner in a management consultancy that specialises in this field, Glenferm. My other major role is as an Adviser and Programme Manager at the Commonwealth Business Council, established by 53 heads of government to help support trade, investment and development and promote dialogue on critical issues between governments and companies in Asia, Africa and across the Commonwealth.
