Post MBA and after a post 9/11 sabbatical from BA and working with Henley on projects in Asia when I became a member of its visiting faculty, I returned to British Airways to a series of leadership positions. But my MBA experience helped me see more opportunity and challenge in working across projects, functions and cultural contexts. I applied Henley’s strategic thinking to my own career path, and decided to develop my experience through a portfolio approach rather than working for one employer.
