I completed my Henley MBA back in 1985. Within 4 years I was Managing Director of a fast growing finance company, then I headed up Marketing for Midland Bank then for HSBC. Most recently I was Chief Executive of one of the UK's leading financial institutions, First Direct, the UK's most recommended bank.
