Henley Business School was first recommended to ENCAMS (Environmental Campaigns) by a senior colleague who had joined us from the private sector. He described its unique emphasis on developing team solutions, something which is now part of the culture here at ENCAMS, with Matrix Teams looking at new initiatives and solving problems.
